A 1 year MBA program would be an ideal option for you given your range of work experience. The curriculum, contact hours and course content are all comparable to the 2 year version, and the shorter version gets you back into work life in half the time.
Depending on the specialisations you take up, the 1 year MBA can definitely enhance your career prospects both within your current field as well as if you are looking for a career shift.
