The selection process ensures diversity
Drawing students from various backgrounds enrich the educational experience as it helps them learn from experiences and perspectives that are different from their own. Diversity also challenges stereotypes and helps build critical thinking and teamwork.
One way through which we ensure diversity is by accepting not more than 10% of the batch size of students from different states in the country. It deliberately takes extra care to look out for students from different academic backgrounds during the selection process. This ensures that there’s a solid mix of identities.
It isn’t just student diversity that one will find on our campus. Even the faculty is diverse. With their vast industry expertise and academic experience, they add to the vibrant learning environment.

Healthy gender ratio
A healthy gender balance is a key to providing both genders with equal opportunities to learn and master important skill-sets. They learn about and from each other, gain new perspectives and learn to work together. To narrow the gender gap, we maintain a 60:40 gender ratio, which is one of the best among management schools in the country.
Diversity and inclusion help in building a stimulating campus filled with new ideas and actions that promote personal growth and academic excellence. As our students get used to being in such a multicultural environment, diversity becomes a norm and a way of life. They carry this to the outside world as they forge careers for themselves in equally diverse environments.
