Two years is very less experience to get into a decent MBA program.
You must have a strong reason, be it industry/domain switch or it’s going to help you in the very near future. As I see you are explicitly looking for a one year program instead of regular two years which most aspirants at your experience seeking for.
Considering you have a strong SOP to do an MBA, I’d recommend ISB. It’s a very rigorous program and helps to get back to work in less time.

Your academic credentials are excellent – congratulations on your many achievements.
Institutions running 1-year programmes look for substantial (minimum 2-3, average ~4-5) work experience, which puts you at a disadvantage in the selection process. The reason is that the programmes are structured in such a way that people with substantial experience can take maximum advantage. You could either a) wait for 2 more years and then opt for a solid 1 year MBA, or b) go in for a 2 year PGDM.
